Atlantic City Airport is a joint civilian and military airport. It is located approximately 10 miles northwest of Atlantic City in New Jersey. It has well-developed infrastructure and facilities to handle international passenger planes comfortably. This makes Atlantic City Airport the most preferred transport hub by numerous airlines. - Absecon light: The lighthouse is located at the South Inlet section at the coast. It is an important historical landmark still in operation to date. However, it is no longer an active directional aid due to the introduction of GPS and other navigational technology.
